1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship Australia-wide. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-8 business days, with rates calculated at checkout.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1-4 business days, available at an additional cost.

  • Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, or remote locations.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

5. Shipping Delays & Issues

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, MacArthur Latin Food Market is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at macarthurlatinfoodmarket@gmail.com, and we will assist in tracking your package.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 2 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate with the courier.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please provide photos and a description of the damage within 2 days of receiving your order. We will assess the claim and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

8. Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once processed, we cannot guarantee changes.
